We’re currently raising a limited number of pasture-raised turkeys for Thanksgiving 2025. These birds are loving life in the sunshine, enjoying room to roam, stretching their wings, and feasting on seasonal clover and wild mint that’s flourishing across the farm right now.
Turkeys are expected to range between 15–25 lbs, but exact sizes will vary—it’s one of the joys (and mysteries) of raising animals naturally.
Reserve yours today with a $60 deposit, and we’ll contact you with your final weight and total left owing closer to Thanksgiving. Quantities are limited, and pre-orders will close once we’re sold out.

The turkeys are expected to be available fresh (unfrozen) on approximately Tuesday, September 16-19, and again on September 30 - October 4. All turkeys will be placed into the freezer after these dates to ensure freshness and flavour.You’ll find turkeys at the grocery store—but not like these. Our birds are raised slow and naturally, with full access to pasture, sunshine, and seasonal forage like clover and mint. We don’t rush growth or crowd them indoors. The result is a turkey that’s flavourful, nutrient-dense, and ethically raised—worth every bite.
